The heater puts out excellent heat and is not loud at all !!

I love this heater! I use it in a televion room that is an enclosed carport. It had no heat source except what heat circulated from the main house. When the fan is on high, it heats the room in about thirty minutes and keeps it comfortable. I only use it at night and so far, it has no added much to the electric bill. I love how it is out of the way, hanging on the wall. Installation was so easy. When I had a bit of trouble with confusing instructions regarding programming, I called their customer service. Miracle of miracles, a real person answered and walked me through. I would definitely buy this product again.

Well constructed. It would be better if it was a bit quieter. Also, programming could be a bit easier. Still, a nice unit.

Looks good very quiet heats fast, a little hard to understand programing

Works fine but we wanted to inset into wall a little more but couldn’t due to placement of the on/off switch.

Unit now installed looks sharp and works well. Two things to be aware of:1. The unit presents 3 wires to attach to your 220v line. Many modern household 220v circuits in the US and Canada are run with 4 conductor cable. The installer must make a decision how to make 3=4. My native risk aversion makes it impossible for me to state what I ended up doing. Please consult a pro before you connect to power.2. There are a lot of programming options to control the heater’s various functions and abilities. For me the number of choices presented made the experience of putting the unit into service less pleasurable that it could have been with fewer, more easily achieved goals. That being said, the default settings work well to use the heater in the traditional “turns off when set temperature is reached” old-school way.

I’ve been installing these units in all remodeled apartments, these units are being used as main heating system, run very quiet, and consume very little energy. Also look very cool/modernans are easy to install. I would highly recommend it!
