Very ease to install, instructions called for a wooden trowel to push heating wire in honeycomb mesh, but I was successful with my hands using a good pair of gloves.

If it engineered by Schluter, and if you adhere to their specific instructions, you can deliver awesome results to your customer. They offer a vast array of shower, tile, and bath products. Ditra heat is the Bomb. No other system comes close-and I have tried them all. Good stuff!

Easy to install with ditra heat membrane, and 2 months later still works good.

Liked the first one so much I duplicated it in my new home.

we received the package today, and the box is damaged with lots of cuts. The seal label has been cut already. Not to mention inside of box. Cables are very dusty and unproductive. The price we paid suppose to be a new product. Obviously the item you send it to us is an open box. Imagining you purchase a item more than 350 dollars, and you received a very crappy product. so disappointed

My contractors installed this heating wire, to be used with the Schluter mesh and thermostat. The contractors installed the entire floor in less than a day. Highly recommended product.

The installation of the heating coil along with the rest of the system was incredibly easy with great detailed and step-by-step instructions. I had no problems or concerns with the installation.I want piece of advice is to measure twice and order once. You cannot cut or alter this product and you need to do the math and make sure that you purchase the right length so that you don’t overestimate the length needed. Parentheses if this sounds like a voice of experience, it is. I overestimated by a full 25% and there was no way to alter the wiring pattern sufficiently to stay within the recommended Requirements and place all of the product. No worries, I remeasured and ordered the right size and was quickly able to move on with the project.
