This filter kit fits perfectly and allows your DESA kerosene heater to function like new again. You are likely to need to adjust the pump pressure a bit after replacing the filter, so buy the low pressure gauge at the same time. You’ll be hard pressed to find one locally. Also, you may find that you need to replace the fuel line, so be prepared to do that at the same time. A filter kit, some fuel line and a small adjustment brought my 30+year old heater back to running like new. It burns much hotter and cleaner now, and no longer has a kerosene smell.
