The wifi syncing does not work. I installed it and followed the directions perfectly. When you press the two arrow buttons it will not go into pairing mode no matter what you try. They must not have tested it enough.
Altair –
To connect to the wifi and app. Turn the heater off. Then press and hold the 2 arrow keys for 5 seconds. Release and the unit will beep. From the app you should see a popup saying to add the device. click add device.The manual says to have the device on. This unit is hardwired so the thermostat has power.I like the heater it has fan only option. I had a electrician install it in the garage.I recomend this heater.
