Added this to my basement which is 250 square feet. This is now the toastiest room in the house. The heater is very small and compact and does a great job and making the room very comfortable during the winter months. I bought it because I read other reviews stating it was perfect for 400 sq feet. Very happy with the purchase. Install into the wall was easy for me and I had an electrician install the 240 dedicated line to it. Topped it off with a manual Honeywell thermostat to keep the room temperature nice and consistent. Excellent value and a nice clean looking yet simple design.

This is a great little heater. It’s size does not indicate the power it has. However, you had better check the sticker inside the rough in box and test fit your heater before you finish mounting the box. The sticker in mine was upside down! It wasn’t a pain to remove and then reinstall, but it did take some time.

I was happy with the heater. I installed 2 in combination with a wall thermostat and I use it as backup heat for my propane furnace in case it breaks down. The heater are well made and easy to install. The fan works good and is not that loud.

It had to burn off the new smells but works like a charm and I like the built in thermometer- very effective and it gets hot no joke – make sure you read and make sure it has plenty of not extra room- it gets really hot -10 stars
