I recently remodeled our master bath and needed a heater. After considering 6 units I settled on this one. Installation was very easy (except for getting a 220V wire there). This is really nice unit. It’s small, attractive and the LCD panel is well thought-out. You can see the room temp at all times and the controls are logical. Hooked up to 220V it’s surprisingly powerful. It heats this small bathroom in minutes. It was a good choice for me.Since writing the above paragraph I’ve had two F8 error codes, indicating a fault in the control. Both cleared and it has not had another in several weeks. One more and I’m asking for a replacement unit. Still, it was the best heater for my bathroom in many ways.

WOW! Just wow!Recently, we replaced a 17 year old Nutone wall heater in our master bath. The older Nutone heater could barely warm the bathroom – even when running many hours during the morning. And the Nutone sounded like a Boeing 777 ready to take flight. The Cadet heater could not be better! It’s quiet, it can heat our bathroom quickly and efficiently and bring the temperature up to 75 degrees in a matter of minutes – or any temperature you select. When the Cadet reaches the desired temperature, the fan motor slows to a quiet whisper and maintains the precise temperature. At night, simply press the “night” button and the heater QUIETLY maintains your preset temperature – we set ours at 67 degrees. When the Cadet was first installed, I used to repeatedly go into the bathroom just to make sure that the heater was on and operating – IT’S THAT QUIET!!!In the morning – simply press the “+” button and the heater quickly brings the bathroom to 75 degrees – or any temperature you have preselected.Did I mention that the thermostat is lighted? Yep – they thought of everything. You don’t have to turn on the bathroom light! Our bathroom is adjacent to our bedroom and this little heater even keeps our bedroom warm! We are cozy thanks to our Cadet – we love it!The heater is so efficient that we have discontinued using our central heating.Lastly, this little (yes, it’s tiny) wall heater is Made in America – no Chinese junk here!

Works great! Does a good job of circulating the air around, the fan runs frequently but it usually holds the temperature within 2 degrees of what its set, which is perfect. I could not be happier with this heater. The thermometer on the unit is very accurate, I’ve checked it against several other thermometers and they have all read the same. The thermometer is also very sensative, if I open a window in the room that it is in the unit will sense the change in temperature immediately.Bottom line is, its a great product made in America, I had questions relating to this product and when I called the customer service a REAL person at the factory where they are made picked up and transferred me to their engineering department to answer my questions. Also if you plan to surface mount this unit you will need to purchase the surface mount plate separately.

I will be installing this soon, and will update my post when I have gotten to see how it performs. I hooked it up to test it, and it puts out good heat on 120v. The controls are nice, the thermostat is a nice built-in feature. The fan is whisper quiet. The only thing that gave me pause is the difference in wattage/heat output between 120vac & 220vac. It uses 1000 & 1600 watts respectively; I would have given it 5 stars if it were a 1500 watt 120vac unit, as the need for 220vac seems pointless (and expensive to install should you need to run it to the heater) to generate 1600 watts–almost lateral to the output of most 120v/1500 watt portable and stationary electric heaters on the market. I am hoping for the efficiency it claims to have, as I’ll be running it with 120vac. I think it has the nicest functionality of anything else I looked at, which is what I wanted. Nice overall, I will update when it’s cold enough to use it

This little heating device does a very excellent job of keepinga small size “bathroom” nice and toasty. Also they have a nice little feature to turn on duringsleeping time just in case you have to get up and go to the bathroom. The device is a bit noisy especially if its placed in a wall close to the bedroom.Yet not too loud to keep on from going to sleep. On a final note, this device only comes in white and wouldn’t be easy to paint in orderto fit into a color scheme.

Bought it for a 350sqft apt studio with 2 rooms to heats.-use 120V/regular hookup on an old 30AMP panel/breaker.-location: living room with a wall section entrance to adjacent bedroom.-quiet enough- slept on a sofa next to it. Reg bathroom fan is way louder.-strong enough to warm up 2rooms: living and bedroom(350sqft) 40deg F temp.-been using it for 2 years no breaker trip or any issue.-termostat lighted.- Energy efficient since it’s small unit compare to regular heater-on the roller.

This is a GREAT little heater. It takes care of a 140 sqft room without a problem. It heats it in minutes and maintains an accurate and comfortable temperature in my daughter’s room, that is above our garage. Before her room was the coldest in our house. We had the HVAC professional inspect our boiler and lines and were told that it was all OK, but her room was just too cold. It took me about 2 hours to do this on my own, but it looks good and works as advertised. I used a single 120V line to feed this and it works flawlessly. I do like the added away, moon shaped button, that sets it to a lower heat setting to avoid heating the room while we are away.

We just replaced an old heater with this one during our bathroom remodel and given that it’s June we haven’t had much need to try it out until this morning! We had an oddly cool morning so I to the opportunity to figure out the buttons and how it works which turned out to be fairly simple….yeah! And best of all, this heater did an amazing job!! It heated the bathroom quickly and kept it at a comfortable temperature. It was also very quiet which was nice. I like that it shows the room temperature all the time and has options for night and day settings. My husband and I connected it into the existing wiring which went smoothly as well. Thus far I am extremely pleased with this heater and feel that my research into finding it was well worth my time!

Cozy, quiet, comfortable with and easy install! I love how it blends into the wainscotting I put in and It keeps my bathroom warm. As far as noise goes, my bed is directly against the other side of the wall this is installed in. While I can hear the fan just slightly, it’s never enough to keep me up at a night. The night/day toggle is nice for having a “boost” setting.

I got two of these intending for them to be the best in-wall heater I’ve ever had, and I was not disappointed. It’s fancy but not too fancy; it has a main mode button you use to cycle it between being off, daytime-heat (one temperature setting you set), and night-time heat (a second temperature setting you set). I think it can do just fan for a little air circulation, as well, but I didn’t need that feature. And it’s smart enough to do cool-down whenever it’s cycling off or you turn it off, so I assume it will last a good long time.

As of 10/02/21 this heater has performed great. The three fan speeds and nighttime mode are major plusses as was the ease of installation. We will see how it performs this winter and I’ll update my review accordingly.

I have bought 2 of these, the first 2-3 years ago for a small toilet, sink bathroom and the second a couple of months ago for a full size bathroom. The reason I like these Cadets is that you can turn them completely off, they have a thermostat, they are pretty quite, and they run 120 or 240. They are easy to install yourself or for an electrician. They have safety feature for overheating. They heat the room up quickly and keep it heated, mine have never just blown cold air like some Cadets. The fan can be ran without heat, which makes it nice during the summer to circulate air. We had -8 temps this winter and they did not fail me.

We finally got around to finishing up our remodel and put the heater in. My workman tried everything he could to get this to work but it just wouldn’t. I called the company and they said it would take until August to get another one. They suggested I buy another one and try to sell the other one. Can you just believe!!! I bought this upgraded one because of the reviews and my workman told me he has had good luck with these little wall heaters, but he is changing his mind. The last one had wires that started on fire and melted when it was turned on. Now what do I do??? I have missed the return window
