It looks wonderful in my bathroom and heats very well. The only problem is that it is noisy. I called the Broan company and he said if the blade was bent, or some other thing, then they would replace it. I haven’t had a chance to look into that yet. I wanted that size because of my space.

Knob was crooked easy fix

Good fan, replaces an older model for my bathroom wall. The only complaint is that the fan is a bit noisy, but it heats well and looks nice in the bathroom.

Very good & more quiet than last one

fit right into opening of old heater and doing a great job of heating our bathroom during the winter months.

Worked very well in our newly remodeled bathroom/walk in shower

Just replaced the old one. It lasted 16 years. We bought the same brand again, so we could just use the heater, to place into the old “box” we saved in the wall. Fits perfectly.

It needs an OFF setting . Only goes to low, so if you don’t remember to kill the breaker, it turns on in the winter time in an empty cottage. Annoying not having an actual off setting.

First of all they are fan heaters so there is some fan noise but not nearly as annoying like cadet squirrel cage designs. They heat up fast with minimal ticking due to metal expansion and somehow draw low amperage compared to others of same wattage. They are big but they also move massive air amounts. They can be wired at half wattage by just removing a jumper and can be wall thermostat controlled without removing the internal thermostat (just set it to max). One unit had damage due to the grill mounted backwards during packing which damaged the thermostat and grill. The company (which is completely amazing) took my information and had replacement parts to me in less than a week. With a product of this caliber and customer service of this greatness during a time of Covid and shortages I can honestly recommend this product and company. Worth every single cent. Great job Broan-NuTone! Thank you Amazon for carrying this brand and product! I love you guys! ❤️

I am an electrical contractor. I installed this unit, but the next day had to remove it because it was too noisy. I should have known! Replaced it with a Marley and owner liked it.

bought it to replace same model when the motor that was ‘permanently lubricated’ became not lubricated. The heat aspect is great – it doesn’t start the fan until there is heat to give, and it uses up the surplus heat at the end of the cycle. However, the motor could be smoother and it would be great to put some sound dampening material behind the case for less of an echo on the fan noise. Initially, by the next day some of the wires had moved up and touched the fan, not a good scene when the wife heard it. How about a little more attention to detail inside too, folks? It seems odd that one of its features is you can cut its heat output in half, which seems only useful if you find you have wasted your money on a too-large unit in the first place.

Purchased back on 11/2/19 and has stopped working already.

This thing is so loud. Wouldn’t recommend in a sleeping room of any sort.
