Can be used for wet application, but not for installation in pool and spa areas, nor outdoor use. 30 years limited warranty for the heating mesh. The limited warranty is valid based on correct installation methods and completion of all test requirements.

The mesh material can be cut to make turns and angles to heat just about any shaped area. A more detailed installation process is outlined in the instructions.

This worked exactly as advertised. Was able to test the functionality of it and then attach it. I didn’t have an issue with my floor, but am confident this would have caught it if I did.

It seemed to function correctly. The heating mat worked after installation, after there had no been “screams”

It keeps the floor warm and steady temperature. The wires are fairly thick and it took a lot of self leveling concrete to cover the wires.

Works well – but just like any product from any supplier, you need to check resistance, record resistance, monitor wire integrity with a continuity checker, and check often. Controller is nothing to write home about but it works just as it should and costs less than any other options out there. I’m happy with the install and it works well.

The words “Heat it” are in boldly printed in black in the thermostat. If it had been pictured like that on Amazon I would not have purchased. I’m not looking to start an add campaign in my bathroom, I just want something that looks nice. Like a solid white thermostat from the pictures.
